Located on the lobby level, The Residence consists of five independently designed event spaces: the Kitchen, Dining Room, Majlis, Drawing Room, and Living Room. All spaces are centered around an inner courtyard that provides a distinctive atmosphere for preparing and serving coffee and fresh meals, adding a lively touch to the guest experience.

The Residence accommodates up to 200 guests in reception style, making it suitable for large occasions and private events. You can reserve the entire space to benefit from all its facilities, or select individual rooms depending on the nature of the event and the number of guests.

Among the highlights is the Kitchen, spanning 100 sqm, featuring a fully equipped open kitchen—ideal for live cooking experiences, interactive culinary shows, and private tastings. The kitchen and its terrace can host up to 50 guests for cocktail receptions, with the option to connect to the Dining Room for larger gatherings.

The Dining Room, Majlis, Drawing Room, and Living Room offer multiple options for private events and meetings, accommodating up to 18 guests in boardroom style or 30 guests in lounge style. These spaces are perfect for executive meetings, private encounters, and intimate receptions.
