Yanas Meeting Room – Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island

At Yanas inside Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, we provide a modern and flexible space in Ras Al Khaimah suitable for meetings, private events, and professional gatherings of all kinds. The hall spans 79 sqm with a ceiling height of 2.45 m and can be divided into two sections, giving you greater flexibility to arrange the event according to guest numbers and occasion type.

The hall accommodates up to 50 guests in Round Table style, 50 in Classroom, or 20 in Boardroom and U‑Shape. When divided, it can host up to 60 guests depending on the setup. This adaptability makes it ideal for both interactive sessions and structured seating arrangements.

Yanas is equipped with advanced audio‑visual technology and free Wi‑Fi, along with a comfortable breakout area for coffee breaks and side gatherings. This makes it a practical choice for meetings requiring professional facilities and an environment that encourages focus and communication.

The hall is suitable for a wide range of events: meetings, workshops, training sessions, seminars, corporate functions, graduations, private celebrations, product launches, showcases, networking activities, and team‑building programs. It can also host social occasions, indoor weddings, gala dinners, and award ceremonies.

Thanks to its contemporary design and divisibility, you can tailor the space to your program — whether it’s a small meeting, workshop, professional gathering, or private occasion. Options include garden view or non‑view sections depending on the chosen layout.
