The Zara Meeting Room at InterContinental Amman is a dedicated space for professional meetings and events, located on the second floor of the hotel. The room features a practical design and a quiet atmosphere with natural daylight, providing a suitable environment for formal meetings, professional gatherings, and workshops.

The room covers approximately 145 square meters, with dimensions of approximately 14.5 × 10 meters and a 3-meter ceiling height. Its maximum capacity is 100 people in theatre-style seating, while it accommodates approximately 70 people in classroom-style seating, 80 people in round-table seating, 90 people in reception setup, and 44 people in U-shape setup.

The room is suitable for hosting corporate meetings, small conferences, workshops, training sessions, seminars, management meetings, and professional events, with flexible arrangements according to the requirements of each event.

The hotel also provides comprehensive event services and facilities, including audio-visual support, presentation equipment, microphones, screens, internet access, catering and hospitality services, and meeting equipment, along with a specialized team to assist with event organization.
